Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for items that are unused, with tags attached and in original condition and packaging. Some items (e.g., intimate wear, final sale items) may be excluded.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
• Tags should be attached and original invoices included.
• Returns initiated after 7 days may not be accepted.

How to Return

1. Contact support@elbertfashion.com or use the contact form with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping.
3. Ship the item using the provided instructions; save the tracking number for your records.

Refund Processing
